How to get user info using global.php?
 
Hello
I'm programming a php page.
I want to get the user id of a username without he's logged using global.php (NOT database).
How can I do that?

impossible the way you want. the engine need to check the database on each click, because the engine deal with sessions, not cookies for authentication.

I have been using database and it worked, but I faced many problems in non-english usernames.
My vb database is ISO not UTF8.
What should I do?
