how can use ajax to auto refresh ads in template

hi and how are you? hope all fine :)

I need to know simple code that can help me to auto refresh ads on forumhome (vbulletin script). ads are located in div with id="ads_dorsal". now I want something to add it above or below this div to reload it :D

I want to know how to reload that div by ajax? any help are appreciated.
just a simple code will help me surely
