Posting links permissions mod?
 

Is there a mod anywhere that can deny a user permission to post links until he has reached a certain amount of posts?
I think this would stop a lot of spam as many spammers now are genuine human posters who are often paid to register on forums to do link building. Most of these spam links happen in the user's first & only post.
