Subforum icons animation
 

My forums have a status icon that animates where there is new post, and another one that doesn't animate when there are no new post (been read). I was wondering if vBulletin has that feature or not for subforums or not! If it doesn't can you suggest something that I could use (a code) or whatever to get it to do that. I look at the template forum display and got an idea but I was wondering if anyone knows what exact code from that I should use. If it does include that can someone tell me a reason of why it doesn't work. I was also wondering how vBulletin.org does the new post icon next to the post. If you don't know what I'm talking about its the small icon with the black icon and white arrow pointing down!

Are you talking about statusicons on sub-forums on forum home? If so, I do not think the status is fetched for them. You will probably have to code a plugin to add that functionality (if I am right :p).

As for the "last post" link next to each thread, that is a default function of vBulletin. It appears as a blue/white arrow icon with the default images.
