Users can choose usergroup at registration?
 

Hi, just wondering if there was any way to give users a choice of which usergroup they wanted to join at sign up? Also, how easy would it be to make the users answer a few questions at sign up and based on their answer they would get put into the usergroup that suits them best?

Just asking because I thought it would be a good idea if I split the forum users up into a few different clans and then have clan tournaments etc.

If a hack like this exists, could someone let me know? If not, would anyone be willing to make it?

The mod you're looking for is PB Usergroup Choice On Registration.

As for the "best suited" quiz, you'll have to add that code in yourself, you'd probably want to make it javascript in some way.
