I want to move the "sub-forum" words
 

I changed the words "sub-forum" to "Seconds left until..." at my site, but the alignment is NOT the way I want it to be. Any thoughts on how I can move it to the right a bit so that the words "Seconds left until..." line-up over the sub forums?

If you look at the page source for the others, this is what you'll see:
<div class="smallfont" style="margin: 10px 10px 0px;">What do you have to be worried about?</div>

So, try putting those divs around the phrase.
