can't choose colors on the editor

Hii,
I have problem with the editor on my forum.
whene i click on the color (for font) i just let me a blank option. no colors.... what is the problem?
on quick replay it works fine...

Create a new style with no parent:
Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style :
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
