Altering the ModCP
 

Basically I want to limit my moderators to just being able to ban users and view the banned users list.

I do not want them to be able to edit user profiles or any of the other features.

Just issue bans/ view bans / lift bans.

Is this possible?

Of course it is possible, nearly everything is. To remove the links, you must edit the mod CP files themselves, and then remove the appropriate "do" branches from the files.

A moderator may view the users profile in the ModCP, but only a very limited number of fields can be updated by them.
