How long does it takes Phrases text to be updated?
 
Ive edited some Phrases texts but it's been more than 5 hrs and it still not updated yet.
Will it be updated automatically. And i tried to create a new profile field but not showing as well.

If you updated the phrase directly, it will not update until the cache in the datastore is rebuilt (note the distinction between a translation and a phrase).

If you added a translation (e.g. typed it into the box when editing the phrase in the Admin CP), it should appear instantly, unless you have some sort of additional caching modification installed.
