social groups error
 

Hello,
When I try to visit any social group I receive such error:
'Fatal error: Direct instantiation of vB_Bit class prohibited. Use the vB_Bit_Factory class. in [path]/includes/class_groupmessage.php on line 2446'

Can you help me?

And what is on line 2446 of class_groupmessage.php?

Try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

I've disabled plugins and still have problem. :/
Any other ideas?

Try reuploading the file.

Also, sometimes disabling plugins requires more than just disabling the hooks. For instance, with most seo mods, you must also take out the lines you added in htaccess.

Download a new vBulletin package from the members area, and upload all the PHP files from that package. The problem does not look like it is from class_socialgroup.php, but a file that is using it.
