Weird Subforum Sizing Problem

I have spent hours trying to solve this problem, but can't seem to find any answers. On my main forums the subforums half way down the page shows a bullet instead of a comma and there is so much space! What am I doing wrong. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance!
