Promote based on Rep

Hello,

I have heard from so people that vbulletin has an option to auto promote a member from one usergroup to another based on rep points.

I have searched the admincp and can't find this option. Can someone plese tell me where I need to go to set this up.

I'm using VB 3.8.1
