user group inheritting permissions for sub groups

I have a team section on my board, in it i have various teams with their own sub forum
when i make a new team (user group) i need to give it access to the team section or it can't see it's team section, then i have to manually go and remove it's access to all the sub teams that it shouldn't see...

what can i do to fix this?

Use primairy and secundary usergroups.
