vb.org Archive - Connect to LDAP

I have searched for LDAP plugins and there seem to be a few of them. What I am wanting to do is connect Lotus Notes and vBulletin. It seems that the plugins all do this by adding users to the vBulletin database as they log in. I have 2 questions about this.

1. Which is the best plugin to use? I can't really tell the difference between all of the ones I found.

2. If a user changes their password does it synchronize the databases or do they end up with 2 different passwords?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
