help for disable the posting rules

hi. every one. http://i3.6.cn/cvbnm/fc/07/f6/631776...87aba6d5f5.jpg any one can tell me how to disable the posting rules. or just make that box disappear?

Go to admin cp open styles and templates, then style manager, find forumrules template for the style you want to remove it from... then highlight the whole template and delete it and save.

Or... you can remove

Do this edit as stated above, I wouldn't delete template contents
