is there any plugin, addon or ... to rate users ?

sample : i like admin post i wanna rate admin ( 1 ~ 5 Star ) ( not posts rates, Exactly user Rating )

no, i dont need that

when you are visiting USER profile, there is Rating to the User profile ... when you are in a forum, for example " Lynne " is a cool user, others wanna rate you ! 1 ~ 5 Stars Rating :D

I think he means something like the hot or not feature but for users,
where you can give someone a rating of 1-10 or 1-5 depending on how cool they are.

that's it ! any product ? it musn't to be hard to made one :D
