Obama/Current events forum

I built my forum as a place for people to get up to date information and have a "go to" resource for current events and our government. I would like people to be open to discuss and learn about what is going on.

The target market is high school/college age, but everyone is of course welcome. I am not a firm Obama junkie, but i believe that Americans need education. Unfortunately, Americans don't know how much they really don't know...or should know...

I know I need a new logo. Money to invest is kinda tight right now, so i'm going to fumble through it unless I get a kind volunteer to help.

here is the site....

My question is, when should i consider vbseo? is there a post or member count that I should hold out for?

Basic default style - nothing to review as yet.

Never. It's way too overpriced for what it does.. and vB4 isn't too far off which will have SEO features built into it.

As for your site: http://www.barackobama.com/index.php

Get a custom skin made that looks similar to that, It'd be well worth it imo.

I guess you dont need a custom skin if you really like the default one. but ya know, its kinda boring :)

Is this something i will have to update or install?

I actually have a friend who that design reminds me of a LOT, but I'm pretty certain that he's not inexpensive. Not sure if that's a concern of yours or not.

:) Most of the time it is a concern, I just take precaution. I don't want to act like I know anything about you, cause I don't. I'll PM the link, as I believe it would be considered advertising to post it here.

I like the header and how it blends into the background. Good job. Even though the icons are the default, I see nothing wrong with that.
