User profile badge to post on their sites

I would like to know if this exists or someone can make it.

I'm thinking of a simple box containing html code in their profile that they can post on their own personal sites.

The code should then show their photo, username and the sitename... Something like facebook profile badges.

This could be extremely benefitial for vBulletin sites in terms of backlinks and traffic. Anyone?
