How to encoding Lang file
 

Hello
My forum language is arabic, I want to change encoding of this file to UTF-8, Now the translate file set to Arabic Windows(Windows-1256)

How can I do this?

I guess you can use a text editor like Notepad++ to do so.
just open the file using Notepad++ and then change the encoding and save.
if any of the characters change when you change encoding then you can copy the content first and then past them in a new one and save the file with same name in php extension.

I do this but I have this problem

My forum languages is Persian (arabic font & style) & It encod via UTF-8 , but Arcade Arabic Translate Language set to Arabic (Windows-1256) & when I go to arcade page the page unicode set to Arabic (Windows-1256) but in my forum languages have problem because my forum language is UTF-8
