Members and Active members
My board says: Members: 5,998, Active Members: 558
Does that mean that there among 5998 signups - only 558 have clicked the activation email and activated their accounts? We want users to this bard, perhaps it is to difficult to sign up? If so, is there a way I can bulk activate all the other signups? Is there a way to bypass the activation email step in the singup sequence? |
If that was so, your "Awaiting email confirmation" usergroup would have ~5400 members in it. Does it? No.
The active members are only those who have visited your board within the last X number of days. |
Hmmmm, I have Registered Users: 5,989
But I have zero "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation". |
If you do not require activation by email, users will not be transferred to the 'Users Awaiting Email Confirmation'.
