How do I solve this error ?

Try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

I just disabled all plugins but the error still occurs.

What could it be ?

What did you do on your forum just before this error showed up?

O its fixed, it was an issue regarding post icons.

There were no images in the post icons manager so the error showed up.
