OK, i think i'm now in the right area :)

These are the directions from your site for an install (import) of the miserable users hack:

To install this hack simply download the xml file to your pc and then import it into vbulletin as a product.

In the control panel i went to import but i get the message: 'Cannot find ImpExConfig.php, have you configured the file and renamed it ?'

Am I in the right place? Can someone help me with the import please.

No you are still not in the right place. You should ask in the thread of the modifiocation you are using.
