Is there a way to add a user-submited-links page?

What I want to do is make a page on my website, www.saskforum.ca, called SaskLinks.

My vision is that users will be able to post links, which then get added into a directory sorted by category (example: restaurants).

The links will then be accessible by the rest of the site, and also, the user would have the option to put a small (70x70 pixel) picture next to the link they submit.

Does anyone know where I would start, in terms of putting together code for this?

It will be going onto the page at www.saskforum.ca/sasklive.php

Are you able to code PHP yourself? Is so, you will find a lot of useful information in the Articles section.

I think you might be looking for something like this Links and downloads manager

Let us know if this is it or you need something else ofcourse.
Addons is great for non-programmers like the most of us.
Dont get intimidated by the Mod's they mean well :p

atm it's not a mod.

I've developet that, but thats now 3 years ago, so the codequality is very bad and too many things are hardcodet, so i can't release it.

But it would be very nice, if somebody would code something like this^^
I have not the time to finish it...:(
