Did you empty the indexes first?

Try:

Post ID to start at 10951

Total number of posts to process: (0 for unlimited) 1

and see if you still get the error.

If not then halve the number of threads to process per cycle and start the whole thing again

The php process is trying to allocate more ram than php allows for any give process, you would need to ask your host to raise the amount of ram php is allowed to use in php.ini

memory_limit = double the number that is set now.

Restart Apache/IIS

Memory limit was 32M,then I decreased to 8M,the site was not open.I increased to 64M.Now,It gives a database error. What should I do?

Repair the table in the db error msg.

Posting the error would also help.

Why would he need to repair a table. He not even posted the error, so how do you know it should be repaired?

The "max_allowed_packet" value for MySQL is too small. Your host will need to change this setting in their MySQL configuration.
