replace text in posts

Hello,

I want to replace some text in all posts on my Rum.

Ex: I want to replace link http://www.domain1.org/download.php?f= to http://www.domain2.com/14796/ in all posts on my Rum.

Anyone can help me do that by using Execute SQL Query ?

Have you thought of using Replacement Variables?

I want to raplace them on my database. They are not on my style.
