Version 3.8 Question
 

Is it possible to have version 3.8 setup kind of like this site? Where there's basically a main title page of sorts where announcements can be easily posted and read with a link to the actual forum, you know, an actual "home" page instead of blam, forums are here type thing?

You can use a portal like vBAdvanced, or you can create your own page(s). Many sites seem to do this.
