Problem in password reminder
 

hi

i have a vb forum Version 3.6.9 in here , after 1 year i forget my admin password .

when i use lostpassword reset page i dont get any email from my forum ! (my email is in yahoo mail)
but when i use this part for another user in my forum (user with gmail address) the password reset email send and user can change password !

i think this problem is from yahoo but i dont know how can solve this
I'm main administraro of forum and nobody can access my admin level

anybody can help me to find my password or change email?

1) Upload tools.php from the do_not_upload directory.
2) Create a new dummy account on the forum.
3) Run tools.php and add admin access to the dummy account.
4) Login using the dummy account and change the password on your proper admin account.
5) Logout and login to your proper admin account.
6) Delete the dummy account created in step 2.

where can i upload tools.php ?

i'm upload it in root of forum after run tools.php this problem occurred :
Please place this file within the admincp / install folder

i create "install" folder and copy this file in it but problem exist yet

Put it into the admincp directory like the errors suggests you to.
