How to edit the Paid Subscriptions Page?

I want to edit the Paid Subscriptions page so I can add a link to my "VIP Features" page at the top of it.

I also want to edit the order of this drop down menu.

So it shows the users ?2 instead of - - - - -

Which template and which bit do I need to it?

Don't really understand where you want the link. You can put HTML in the subscription description.

Off the top of my head, it is actually created and processed inside the PHP file, so you may have to delve in there to stop this behaviour.
