If you owned YouTube what would you change and do differently?

I'd shut it down

I'd develop more add-ons, widgets and stuff like that in order to spread it without much trouble.

I will create some class of algorithm to delete repeated videos, I think more than 35% is repeated stuff...

p.s. Of course delete all kids with their skateboard's stunts

Is a few gems on youtube but most of the stuff on there is pure garbage.
