RSS Bot Post Count Problem
 

My RSS Bots are not showing any post counts. They are posting in forums that are set to count posts. Is there a setting I am missing?

Are they in some special usergroup that is different than that of your regular users? and do you have any modification installed that adds other permissions to usergroups?

It may be a special moderation program that may be causing this. I will investigate this to see if it's the problem.

Hi Lynne,

I removed it and still no count. I decided to test it in a new forum I have with no modifications (running vBulletin 3.7.2 Patch Level 1https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/01/34.jpg) and the counts did not work for RSS posters.

I also found that if I Unapprove the posts and then Approve them, it will then add the post count to the RSS posters totals. Very strange.

Is this possibly a glitch that no one has noticed?
