How to display a legend like that and spiders name?

Hello,

Do you know how I can show a legend to differentiate moderators, etc. and to display the spider names as it is done in this screenshot?

I did search the mod DB but can't seem to find this one :(

Any help will be more than welcome

What search terms did you use?

Search "legend" in "All Mods" for "Titles Only".
