Change Error Message

I closed my forum to new registrations and I want to change the error or notification message that those wanting to register will see - where can I find this file to edit it?

For an example visit http://www.mysanteria.com/forums and attempt to register, - the message you see that tells you the forum is closed is the one I want to edit.

Edit the phrase through the phrase manager.

Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases
