insert_text() on QR and inline editor
 

For this mod I'm using the insert_text()-method of the editor from a popup window quite succesfully on the main editor when users create new posts or are in extended editing view.

What I use is
where text is a variable containing, no surprise there, text.

However, if I try to do exactly the same on the QR or inline editors, nothing happens (of course I changed the 'vB_Editor_001' accordingly (ie. 'vB_Editor_QR' for quick reply).

If I try to use insert_text() from a link within the page, not the popup, it seems to work.
