Admin PM to All
 
It would be great if there was an Admin PM to all members mod for v3.8.

There should be the option to exclude members who have unchecked "Receive Email From Administrators" in their User CP from the PMs.

1. You can set options in admincp
2. You can mass pm/email members in admincp

Are you saying that this is now a standard feature in vb3.8?

Its not my place to comment on vbulletin features, all i know is that i can mass contact via admincp in 3.8
