Drop down menu not working properly in Firefox and chrome

I have searched and searched and can't find any bogus template code. On my forums main index page the search drop down menu and PM drop down menu works fine but if you go to a forum the search dropdown, forum tools and search this forum drop downs don't work. To make it worse it only does it in firefox and chrome. The drop downs work fine in IE and Opera. (one user says it does it in IE too.)

Any ideas?

Heres the main index. Golf cart forum

and heres a forum link. Golf cart videos

I notice you have this line in the non-working one but not in the working one. How come?

HTML Code:

<base href="http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/" />

Where might that be? What would that do...or not do?

Ohhh....I found it in the head. Not sure why its there. Would that cause it?

It basically says that if there is a link, the it should be relative to the base url. So, if you have a link like clientscript.js, then that really means http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/clientscript.js even if the page you are in is in the folder /video . I don't think that's it though cuz I just clicked around in some other forums and some work, some don't, and they all have that base url there.

I'd try getting rid of the seo and seeing if things work then.

Its not an issue with VBSEO. In other skins everything works fine.

You say some forums work and some dont? I do have some conditionals for certain forums. My first thought was it involves a conditional. I will poke around that code and see what I come up with.
