what is the best chat software that would connect with vbulletin database and low on resources? just a simple chat with no premium features except ban/ip tracing..etc options.

edit: please don't suggest flashchat

There are many many threads covering this topic but at the end of the day it will boil down to your own personal preferance.

But speaking as someone that has tried just about all of them i would go with IRC but good luck trying to find an addon that will link irc to your vb board that works on multiple browsers.

My search continues...
