Posting Contest Mod - Does it Exist?
 

I'm on the prowl for a vB 3.7.2 compatible Mod and have searched the forums here as well as Googled and come up empty. I found one possibility, but the project has been abandoned in early '08 and the developer is unwilling to hand out old code.

What I'm asking here is not to have it created (just yet), if it comes to that I'll go over into the Mod Request forum. But for now, does a Mod like this exist? What I'm after is the following:

- Ability to set a start 'n end date to begin 'n end counting.
- Each post in designated forums count as a ballot for a user.
- Each reply to a topic started by a user also earns them a ballot.
- A manual click after the closing date to select a random winner from the given ballots.

- The ability to administratively add ballots to a user's count would be a major plus, but not required.
- The ability to select a first, second, 'n third place would be another plus, but not required.

Does anything like this exist? Or am I going to find someone to code it from scratch?
