Advanced text editor span width?
 

hello. Me again.

I was wondering if there was a way. to expand. the text editor or this same window used to type this message. span the entire width of the box.

my theme is somwhat alike this theme. So imigane this window

Make the editor come all the way across. i have even photo shopped a Mock up. This is Visual Raster Reference so it dosn't Functionally Exist.

AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Your Style -> All Style Options -> Message Area Width (pixels) ...

Edit that.

You can set that, but you will also have make sure forum width fixed as the message area cannot have a percentage width.

thank you both. i figured it was simple. but i didn't want to go tacking away at a theme code to find that there is a easy fix.

I think the small editor is one of the most annoying things in vBulletin. Changing the width to another fixed size is also a bad solution, since visitors will have different resolutions.

Does anyone know if there is a plugin making the editor box fluid? Thanks in advance :p

The editor box cannot be fluid. (Don't know exactly why, but it is most likely to do with WYSIWIG and cross-browser compatibility.)
