Removing Forum contains no new posts?

I have done a search for this and can not find it - it is probably there but my eyes have not been able to see it...

I have a custom style (CinVin Diamond) and I am looking to remove the section at the bottom that says:

Forum Contains New Posts
Forum Contains No New Posts

I at the moment can not find it for the life of me. Any help would be greatfully appreciated
