Help with a restore
I need to restore some forums on my site that I inadvertently deleted - can someone tell me how to do that?
|
If you dont have a backup of your database, there is no way to restore them, they are forever gone.

I deleted my admin forum area and want to get that back (and any child forums under it) So I don't know what table to restore! |
Well, you cant just restore a table to resolve the issue.
Depending on how old the backup is, it may be easier to just import a backup if its only a few hours old. If not, i would recommend using Impex to do what is needed, Impex is available via the vbulletin.com members area, you can check the vbulletin manual on how to use it. |
I have a backup from this morning. I'm not wanting the whole forum - just those child forums that got deleted by accident - is there a way to get just those?
|
As i stated "NO", you would have to use Impex.
