Confused and require help

Hi all I am not sure that this is the right section so please move it if it isn't and I'm sorry.

My question is: Seems the last few days some of my users use Firefox to view forum but seem to only see the ibproarcade now (latest version) and Chatbox and nothing else and have to navigate on another browser or use quicklinks.

IE users have no problem at all and can view forum as well.

Could this be a conflict in some coding?

Can it be fixed and how.. if this is the case?

Has anyone else been getting similar problems with FF on their site?

I really appreciate any help or ideas on what could be causing this.

Thank you Kimberley

Try putting the page through an html validator. Also, in order to see the Quick Links drop down, they need to have javascript enabled.

They see quicklink dropdown and I didn't understand the rest of your post sorry

Go to google, type in "web page validator", then proceed to the site and check the web page url in question.

I tried that ty and its doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem.

Do you think its one of the ibproarcade mods like the stats on forumhome that might be causing firefox users to not see forum?

Try these things and see if it helps:

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);
