Postbit/postbit legacy

I have skin with user info in posts along the top as on here
I believe this is postbit legacy.
Is it posssible to change so member info/avatar etc is to left of post,believe this is postbit.

You have it backwards. Postbit Legacy is on the left. Postbit is across the top.
