Convert phpbb skin to vb - author granted permission

Hello,

I am looking for someone that can convert a phpbb skin to vb 3.8.0. I contacted the authors and they are fine with me converting their skin but didn't have the time to do the conversion themselves.

Would anyone here be willing to do the conversion, if not, any recommendations on who to contact to get this done?
