Anyone know where or how I can get the mod for the different colored styles and width change options like it is here at www.vbulletin.org.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, scroll to the bottom of the page and check out the: Layout Options |. I'm basically wanting to do the same thing on my forum. Let users select different colors and widths for my site.

Where can I get my hands on this?

You can create little thumbnails of your style and just link to them. You can link to a specific style by adding this onto the end of any vBulletin URL:
