why have you included the link to tatwerweb ?

Somewhat baffled mate

w3c validators have been around for years and years

correct css for : font : bold 12pt Arial;

is

font-weight: bold;
font-size:12pt; /* I prefer px */
font-family: Arial,sans-serif;

I think thats about right
