My Server is SO Slow... Cannot figure out why.
 

My forum gets only 3000 posts a day, only about 400 members signed in. The peaks are like 150 people. However my server has huge load times for pages. I don't understand what I can do. This is causing me to lose members. Can someone please help. Here is a server log for me. It doesn't run this way all the time, just at certain times.
