Admins and mods have different post backgrounds when posting.
 
Like I asked for in this thread, If someone could make a 3.8 mod for this that would be super.

The answer to what you want to do is right there in the thread you are linking to, so I don't know what else it is you want us to say. It's not a mod, it's just a small template edit.
