New to ibproarcade

are there any instructions?

ie what exactly do i upload? the whole tar file or only some of the files in it?
what folder do i upload it to?

You upload TAR files to the /tar directory and ZIPs to the /zip directory. Then go to Add Game in your Admin CP and install the games from there.
