Getting database error
 
Hostmonster is threating my site with disconnect.

I keep getting this error: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
/home/xxxxx/public_html/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 311

They say I am using to much system resources....do you think this is the problem?

That error isn't the cause of the problem, it's a result of the problem.

You probably need to upgrade your hosting, or optimize your vBulletin. An unoptimized vBulletin + shared hosting with more than 10-15 people online won't last very long.
