Can we assign rank based on userid or is it just on usergroup.

Is there a method of hacking the inbuilt vb system to assign a specific rank on a per user basis.

The ranks table doesn't store any information about the userid of its members.
If you really want to do this you'll have to make a usergroup for each specific user as well ;)
